For our fall cleaning, we had Lee. He was well within the service window we were told. Love the app they use to indicate when they will arrive as we have two dogs I need to prep for having “company”. He was very patient with them and did a great job with the maintenance needed. I highly recommend Courtney and her staff at TemperaturePro. You will not be disappointed at all!!

TemperaturePro is always very timely and responsive. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. Lee serviced my home today and he was great! Highly recommend!

This is the company I chose to install a new a/c unit when the original unit continued to leak Freon for almost 20 years. They were quick, clean, and professional with the install. Today was scheduled maintenance. Although, I did read the date wrong and Lee made time to service my unit anyway. He was extremely courteous, precise, and quick. Lee is a very good technician.

Pedro Nevarez arrived on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything about our AC system was in great shape. The previous company that did our inspection told us we needed a whole new HVAC unit asap (over $6k cost) because ours was about to die. Very glad I had someone else come out. I plan to use TemperaturePro (and hopefully Pedro) for all our future maintenance needs.

Agent Alex came to our home and gave an overview & prices on a new HVAC system. He gave an EXCELLENT presentation and is very professional. He covered the values of various units and their new technologies in detail. He checked certain aspects of our system inside and out. It was a pleasure having Alex visit and provide us with important information.

TemperaturePro San Antonio does things differently than all the others– and that makes them better. Just call the owner Courtney Meier and see for yourself. She had her techs install 2 high-efficiency Daikin split system AC units with furnaces– Antonio and the team were terrific. Prompt, efficient, courteous, and thorough.

Met Austin- very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Performed PM on my A/C and 24-year-old furnace. Discovered the heat exchanger to be defective thereby potentially saving our lives. How good is that! Love this company. Ed Hade

Our company used TemperaturePro to install two Daikin AC units in July of 2022. They showed up on time, were very professional, and even found an existing problem with one of our units that they fixed FOR FREE on the spot while they were only to inspect our system to put together a quote for us. They came when planned for the installation and even finished earlier than their estimated time frame. They cleaned everything up nicely before leaving. Then a week later at 4 pm on a Friday, we called with a minor problem, I expected a Monday or Tuesday follow-up, but they were here within an hour!!! This is the type of company it is a pleasure to do business with!!! We felt we got too good systems at a good price with great service. It is not often you can spend $25,000 and have no regrets later; wondering if with a little more research, could I have done this better, or looked at that more, etc.?? With TemperaturePro, there were never any afterthoughts of “did I make the best decision”? We have used many AC companies over the years, but from now on TemperaturePro will be the only one!!

Lee was very professional, and thorough, and found a number of issues we hadn’t been able to determine on our own that will help our HVAC run more efficiently. He was very respectful of our home and not making/leave messes. He explained everything well and even showed me the issues we discussed, taking photos of the problems to show me what I couldn’t see otherwise.

Lee did an excellent job! A very patient and detailed service person, he is. Overall, Courtney and her team are amazing at least so far. I hope and believe that they will continue to do excellent service to their present and future customers.
