Lee Elizondo came to check out the unit for a recall. He took measurements and pictures. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very professional and informative.

I’m old enough to have dealt with more than a few AC companies and I can say without fear of contradiction I have never dealt with a company with the professionalism and integrity of TemperaturePro San Antonio. Courtney and her staff explained everything in layman’s terms I could easily understand, answered all my questions fully, provided what I was promised with no high-pressure salesmanship, no attempts to get me to purchase more than what I needed, and kept me fully informed on the progress of my unit. And I was blown away by the professionalism, courtesy, and skill of Antonio and his installation crew. Competent, skilled, and thorough. And frankly, I think my house was cleaner AFTER they left than before they arrived. In short, if you need HVAC service of any kind, small or large, you only need to make one phone call. You won’t be sorry.

Lee came out to inspect my system due to a Daikin manufacturer inspection. My system checked out ok. But he did go over my system and gave me information on my unit. It is old and I know I will be in the market for a new one in the near future. I will give TemperaturePro a call when the time comes.

We purchased a $10,000 new Daikin HVAC unit from TemperaturePro In August 2021.16 months later an error occurred and it stopped working. TemperaturePro came out and found the problem. It was a defective part that needed to be replaced – very unusual- something that had never occurred before with the Daikins. They contacted the manufacturer and had the hand-made part sent to them within two days! They spent a day making the repair – decided to consider all of it covered by the warranty- and invoiced us for $0.00! TemperaturePro is the best! We will be continuing to use them for service.

This was our first semi-annual inspection/tune-up with TemperaturePro. Lee Elizondo was the technician that performed the work on our two systems which had been installed by TemperaturePro in April. He was very professional, thorough and polite. Lee kept us informed of what he was doing to our systems and answered all questions. He wore shoe booties and asked if we wanted him to wear a mask.
