The Warranty on the primary/secondary condensate drain blow-out is 30 days.

What's your labor policy on newly installed systems?

Our installation labor warranty is one year from installation date on workmanship of the equipment installation. This is separate from the manufacturer’s PARTS warranty on the equipment installed.

What is maintenance membership and why is it recommended?

In the Spring, prior to Summer’s peak demand, we’ll wash clean the outside condensing coils, flush clear the condensate drain lines, check all electrical components, and refrigerant levels. This will ensure your system is working to its optimal ability.

What is the Warranty on a Daikin System?

For Daikin Systems, you’ll need to know the model numbers for your inside and outside unit to look them up online.
