Lee did an excellent job of inspecting and maintenance of our Trane AC. He remove the AC cover and use the water hose to clean the unit thoroughly. He remove a bunch of leaves that accumulated inside the unit case. Under the humidity and hot weather conditions he worked diligently to maintenance the unit. He also went into the attic and checked to make sure everything was in order and that there were no leaks. He is the best AC technician we’ve ever had. We give him a 10.

Lee came out to inspect my system due to a Daikin manufacturer inspection. My system checked out ok. But he did go over my system and gave me information on my unit. It is old and I know I will be in the market for a new one in the near future. I will give TemperaturePro a call when the time comes.

We purchased a $10,000 new Daikin HVAC unit from TemperaturePro In August 2021.16 months later an error occurred and it stopped working. TemperaturePro came out and found the problem. It was a defective part that needed to be replaced – very unusual- something that had never occurred before with the Daikins. They contacted the manufacturer and had the hand-made part sent to them within two days! This was our first semi-annual inspection/tune-up with TemperaturePro. Lee Elizondo was the technician that performed the work on our two systems which had been installed by TemperaturePro in April. He was very professional, thorough and polite. Lee kept us informed of what he was doing to our systems and answered all questions. He wore shoe booties and asked if we wanted him to wear a mask. This is the company I chose to install a new a/c unit when the original unit continued to leak Freon for almost 20 years. They were quick, clean, and professional with the install. Today was scheduled maintenance. Although, I did read the date wrong and Lee made time to service my unit anyway. He was extremely courteous, precise, and quick. Lee is a very good technician.
