1. Membership Commitment & Term
Your membership is an annual 12-month agreement entered into for a 12-month term, providing you with scheduled precision maintenance and preferred service benefits. Following your initial 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods to ensure your system coverage remains uninterrupted.
2. The 90-Day Onboarding Commitment
All new memberships include an initial 90-Day Onboarding Commitment. This period is designed to integrate your home’s systems into our maintenance schedule, ensure your safety and health audits are completed, and provide you with immediate access to member-only rates and priority dispatch.
3. Moving, Selling & Relocation Flexibility
We understand that life moves fast in San Antonio. We make transferability easy to ensure your home stays protected:
- Transfer Your Plan: You can transfer your monthly or prepay membership to your new home within our service area.
- The "Welcome Home Gift": You may leave a paid membership's benefits as a "Welcome Home Gift" for the new owners to show the property has been professionally maintained.
- Military & Relocation Flexibility: If you are on a monthly plan and have not yet utilized your annual services or member discounts, you may cancel your membership due to a move with no further obligation.
4. Cancellation & Settlement of Account
We believe you should stay because you want to, not because you have to.
- 30-Day Notice: While your commitment is for 12 months, should you need to cancel your membership, you may do so by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- Settlement of Account: Early termination is subject to a "Settlement of Account" only if the retail value of services and discounts you’ve already received exceeds the dues you’ve paid.
- Service Reconciliation: Your account will be reconciled by comparing the total membership dues paid to date against the standard retail value of all services performed and any discounts utilized.
- Discount Recapture: Any repair or replacement discounts applied to your account will be recalculated at standard retail rates.
5. The "Reliable" Service Benefits
- BeeCool AC Club: Includes (2) Seasonal Precision AC Tune-Ups per year.
- BeeSafe Whole Home Club: Includes (2) Seasonal Precision AC Tune-Ups, (1) Annual Plumbing Health Check, and (1) Electrical Annual Test & Tune-Up.
- BeeSure Trades Club: Includes (1) Annual Plumbing Health Check and (1) Electrical Annual Test & Tune-Up.
- Extended Warranty: Active members receive an extended 1-year labor warranty on all qualified repairs.
6. Fair-Play & Performance Policies
- Root Cause Requirement: "No-Charge" service for recurring symptoms is contingent upon the homeowner completing recommended "Root Cause" repairs identified by our technicians.
- Uniformity Policy: To maintain your preferred dispatch rates, all HVAC systems at this property must be enrolled in the same membership tier.
